Customer Review:
Montréal Pilates lab is AMAZING!!!!!! I was pretty new to Pilates and each instructor made me feel extremely comfortable with learning the machines and techniques. The staff are extremely personable and even though I did group sessions I felt like I was being catered to as if it were a private. I recommend this studio to anyone who enjoys or wants to learn Pilates. Also, the studio was extremely clean and sanitized.

Have been a patient / client for years. Love Julie's acupuncture! I loved the palates classes before COVID but hear that these classes are done virtually now. I recommend anyone working with them as they screen their personnel. I have never been dissatisfied.

3) Vibe Pilates

At Vibe Pilates they have an exercise program based on body movements and yoga, dance, and gymnastics. It is done in standing, on a mat, or on an apparatus. Individual proprioceptive devices, such as balls, springs, rubber bands, rollers, and hoops, are used to cause imbalances in the muscles of the body. These imbalances stimulate the body to activate muscle relaxation responses that will stabilize certain positions.

Customer Review:
The Vibe Pilates studio lives up to its name. Its owner and coach Valérie has the ability to infuse you with her energy and transmit her good humor better than anyone. The practice of Pilates in a small group makes the session pleasant and very convivial. You will be surprised how quickly an hour of sport can pass! In short, I strongly recommend to everyone and in particular to my male counterparts to go there for a ride, you will be surprised by the efficiency of the Reformer and the fixed stations!
I thought I was too old to start Pilates classes. What a mistake ! Because Pilates has greatly improved my health... and my figure! I started classes last January. Far from doing the movements with ease, at the beginning, Valérie never stopped correcting and encouraging me. I felt joint and back pain. After only 4 months, I acquired more flexibility and balance, in addition to considerably increasing my muscle mass: so, no more pain!

The Pilates classes with Lise-Andrée Jutras are really very interesting! She is a very technical teacher, which means that we are constantly improving. She takes care to set up her classes well to bring us to surpass ourselves. It's really encouraging. In addition, the fact that we are a small group allows him to supervise all participants well. And this, with great respect, and in complete safety.
Lise-Andrée is a very good teacher. Espace Pilates is an excellent studio. The instructors are extremely professional, competent, and friendly! Their enthusiasm about Pilates is contagious. The studio is very well equipped and clean. In summary, you will find awesome people and a wonderful space. An ideal setting for your workouts!
I discovered the studio 2 years ago now and I can't do without my weekly class! It was already great face-to-face and even for more than a year that I have been following the online courses, the excellent quality of the classes has not changed 🙂 The groups are small enough so that you can really feel followed ; the teachers are attentive, encouraging, motivating, attentive. This really allows you to progress at your own pace without any risk of injury (even through a screen)! And what about the benefits of Pilates in itself, I love it 😉
